Over fed my fish! Help!?!!?!?

Ok i realy did it this time! I have these new gl catfish(my dad thought they looked cool and had to buy them without my permission..) and al the eat is blood worms.. Also i have atleast 50 other smaller fish.. So i did sme research about the catfish and they said i must watch them feed.. But they dnt! I dnt realy like them.. I overfed the othr fish with blood worms in atempt to feed the catfish! How long can my fish go without food to stablize? The catfish can die for all i care..
