What's the name of this song!? Help!?

hey, I was watching AMV Hell 4 earlier and I heard this song and I just remebered it. It's really fast and after a few seconds, it pauses then starts again, it does it again 2ce. I think it's by MCR. Sorry if it doesn't help. I know it's not Welcome To The Black Parade. Thanks in advance!
