Will protein shakes and eating pasta make me bigger?
I'm going to buy Protein shakes next month and I'm also going to eat Pasta every day for my dinner and Tuna for my lunch and Weetabix for my breakfast, probably just stick to weeto's though I don't know, will that as well as your average fruit (such as apples, oranges and Banana's mainly is what I like to eat) help towards getting me bigger. I've been skinny for most of my life, starting from the age of about 5 but then because of my pion for athletics I have gotten very skinny and I don't want to be skinny in my future life, I want to look pretty good basically, I want to have the beachbody look as its called, Nice abs, Nice big legs, Big arms and nice shoulders and back obviously. Also I'm looking towards reaching the peak of my fitness but I can do that on my own I just want some advice on my current diet will help me bulk, if I need to add to the diet then tell me but keep in mind I'm on a very low budget, thanks :)
