Did Mandy(Jonas Brothers) and CJ(Push Play) break up?

I heard that they broke up. Im talking about Mandy Vandamye who the song 'Mandy' by JB is about. And she dated CJ Baran who is the lead singer in Push Play. She took off this section about him in her myspace but she still is #1 on Pushy Plays top, and she has kept all pics of them. Do any of you know.
