Most hillarious game glitches & bugs?

When I was playing Fallout 3 the other day, I was right outside of GNR studios and was killing a behemoth mutant outside of a building; when it died, the corpse was, like, attached to the building. It had windshock syndrome and it was flailing forever, with it's limbs torn off and everything! Total WTF moment!
