Halloween Costume ideas?

I am in the Phi Mu sorority and we are having an dance right before Halloween. We tend to have a "good girl" image so are theme this year is "Phi Mu Girls Go Bad." I need a cute yet "bad" couples costume idea. PLEASE HELP!
