How come I'm "weird" for not wanting a girlfriend?

Girlfriends are expensive. Sometimes painful. You want to be independent and have fun with friends or alone. You could have intimate fun with women should you choose at some point without resorting to one-night-stands. It can be as casual as you need it to be. Seems perfectly reasonable.
