The on each end of my snake eyes is sinking?

i have a snake eye prcing in my tongue and the on each side is sinking into the hole alil....you can still see the on each side its not completly in...i jess wanna kno if this is normal, part of healing or what???? i got it 4 days ago .....basically the are jess sinking in alil n strechning the hole.... ( only reply if you have a snake eye prcing plz, and thank you )
