Trouble with pumpkin and tomato plant?

I started them off as seeds outside and then once grown to a good size I moved them to a different location. Now both look wilted and both have yellowish leaves. All my other pumpkin and tomato plants look healthy but then again I never moved them. Why are the ones that I moved still having trouble? I moved them 3 weeks ago.
