Can you buy my coin?

A 1790 Duit is not a rare coin and can be bought for $10 or so. Unless it has some kind of doentation of what ship it came from there is no added value. The Dutch minted an awful lot of those coins to be used in trade. One dealer in Canada had them for less than $10 each and had over 50 different dates and types. Sorry for the bad news
