Does anyone know where I can buy leather jackets (biker) that already has patches on them?

All I can find are plain leather jackets. I want the full-on bling bling patches and spikes to go with it as well, but they all seem to be plain on the internet. If there's one in high street vintage shops you know of please let me know. thanx
