Turtles!?!?!?

I dont know where you can buy one. It is not legal to sell a baby turtle if it is under 4 inches but it is rarely inforced. I have bought 4 baby turtles all under 4 inches from a pet store. It is not illegal to own one or buy one. Just to be sold. Go ahead and find a pet store that has the turtle you want and buy it. They will get in trouble if they do something wrong, not you.
