Does this guy like me?

He ALWAYS wants to hang out with me, he cancels plans just to be with me. Once i was at his house and he was like " heres my motorcycle someday we will ride together." He kept snuggling with me on the couch and he skypes with me. He just called me and pretended to be hurt, i think he just wanted to talk. He said he loved me back in january... and i really love him. He is my bestfriend and im always with him! Does he like me?
