Why do men love farting on and around their wives?

can i just ask the men this, what is it about FARTING? no, seriously, Its either something men do to get rid of you, or summen, i dunno, i used to fart near my ex cos i wanted to break up with him and didnt know how so i farted around him hoping that he would BEAT IT!, my hubby does this to me,,,,,is he trying to get rid of me!...haha or do men do it for other reasons?
