Why can't i get out of free lotto, and not have to pay any more money. I have tried several times, no luck

I no longer wish to play free lotto. and can't seem to find a way to contact them where they will respond to me. They just keep me playing and paying. I would like to know why we can't quit as easy as we started. hope to hear from you on this. I am really getting upset.
