What are the most marketable images?

I am a photographer and have most recently switched over to digital. I have always sold my landscape and portrait photos, but I have seen a huge increase in the demand for small "marketing" images that people want to use in advertisements, billboards, pamphlets, brochures, etc. What small images would be best suited for that market?
