two identical pendulums have the same amplitude and the same length(20 cm). at time t=0, one pendulum reaches the end of its swing, where x(0)=+6.0cm, at the same time the second pendulum has velocity v(0/0-27cmc/s on the opposite side of the equilbrium. find the phase angel 2 for the second pendulum.
