I have a facebook page. I noticed that there was another fb page with my name & picture that i did not create.?

So i clicked on it. It sure enough was my picture had my exact name, and just for the record i'm very sick w/ a very chronic case of chrohn's disease,always in the hospital, weigh almost 85 lbs. So under info, it said i'm a skinny *****, under "likes" says all i do is cause drama, along with vulgar info, mind u, and anyone w/ facebook knows at the side of your homepage gives u a list of people u may know, so all my friends and family is seeing my pic and thinking hmm maybe Sarah has another page, and clicks on it only to read that crap. This is stealing my identity, slander,cyber bullying, harment, and causes a lot of stress, constantly trying to explain to people that is not me, plus w/ crohn's stress causes flares, so i'm literally physically getting sick because of this. I tried 2 get ahold of facebook, i reported it, saying this is a fake profile, impersonating me, and they still didnt take it down. I know darn well who it is, i just dont know what else i can do and if this is illegal or if i can press charges, Is this a misdemeanor or anything like that? I am 29, and no i dont know the email of this girl. Is this something for the police to track who did it? can i press charges? its pretty obvious its my sons dad's gf, she always is haring me, i tried every way to resolve this, i reported my "fake" page numerous times, and yes i definitely want the profile down asap, but i dont think they should get away w/ this that easily. Stolen identity, slander, cyber bullying, harment etc has to fall under some category.... misdemeanor?
