How to download ariel lin's series from www.ariel-lin.com?

i usually go to www.ariel-lin.com to download her series but everytime i click on it an error occurs and i have checked for help but i cant understand it. someone please tell me how...... i dont know so what is the error and whatever it is what do i have to do to get over it to download ariel-lin's series
