How Do I lose weight ? ?
Work is a good source of exercise but if you have lots of vacant in your work you can think emptiness in your stomach..I suggest that, if you crave of something delicious divert yourself in some task that makes you enjoy and interest you, keep away from stores and food chains, eat delicious but nutritious food such as fruits and juices, lessen your carbohydrates intake, take a walk after meal at 30minutes dont drink cola drinks it can increase gastric acid that makes your stomach growling and inviting you to stored food in the stomach...dont take any weight loss pill theyre are synthetic and have side effects, exercise in natural way slow but effective and less harm nor expensive.
