Harold saxon?

i know all the rumors about mr saxon being the master(i hope he is) but in the episode smith and jones martha asks the doctor do you have a brother and he replies thoughtfully "not any more" presuming he died in the time war maybe.Iwonder if mr saxon is his slightly annoyed for some reason brother.Also there were rumours flying around that dr whos son is in series 3 maybe its him with a chip on his shoulder because after all the doctor is a dad hell it might even be his 2nd cousin removed possesed by dalek kahn lol
