Does anyone know Wedgwood Bone China S/S pattern?

I am looking for any information about Wedgwood S/S plate I got from a thrift store. Backside information is only Wedgwood Bone China S/S. I can never fine the real name of this pattern or pictures online. Does anyone know anything about this pattern? It is plain white with blue flowers and gray/green leaves.
