Can the F-22A Raptor be mistaken for a UFO?

people will mistake anything for an alien craft. all it needs to have are lights and if its high enough people will say its a UFO. people will believe anything these days, without knowing any of the facts. thats why we get people that say the moon landing never happened, 9/11 was a conspiracy, and so was pearl harbor. people want to believe they were witness to something amazing and out of the ordinary, when really its all quite explainable.
