It's a healthy breakfast. I would go with the whole wheat with a little bit of peanut er. I would add in some kind of protein as well though. I don't care for eggs but I like hard boiled eggs and I have at least 1 every morning with my breakfast. I also drink fresh brewed green tea with lemon and sometimes add honey. Gives that extra metabolism boost and the fresh brewed green tea has 0 calories and has a lot of antioxidants the body needs.
